The site includes a complex of three classic Israeli apartment blocks called “Shikunim”. originly developed to populate immigrants upon Israel's establishment. This special site is situated by the beach.

The project offers alternative housing which encourages creative life with the help of unusual situations that we don't meet in our daily routine. Inspired by the beach- the sea and sand which the site is overlooking, the spaces in the project function as an adult playground. The play concept is expressed by three values: dynamics, randomness, and variety. The project switched between different scales, from a large-scale view of campus buildings to detail in the apartment. The adult playground outside is translated into a deliciated interior design.

As an active site, the design took into consideration the existing. It respects the resident's routine and adds extra value with a unique design. The project encourages users to live freely with the help of dynamic forms and its material balance that encourage the user’s to break their boundaries and  experiencing new situations every day.
